Been an awfully long day, and we were conned into waiting till 5 - when we jolly could have left at 2 or so. Ended up with a nasty case of left paraspinal muscle spasm, which feels like a huge bruise. And perhaps epididymitis.

The man's quite a slavedriver - this period was not supposed to be this taxing!!

Seriously thinking of doing an overseas one next year.
